After   serving   as   evangelist   and   the   International   Central   Gospel   Church’s    first   youth   pastor and   church   planter,   Rick   pioneered   ICGC’s   premiere   international   branch,   a   multiracial   and cultural   church   in   California,   in   1995.   He   is   currently   the   Lead   Pastor   of   ICGC,   Palmdale,   California.    Rick   is also   the   Founder   and   President   of   Cutting-edge   Ministries,   an   equipping   ministry   committed   to   staff   and leadership training and development for ministry organizations and corporate entities. Rick   holds   a   Master's   degree   in   Intercultural   Studies   from   Fuller   Theological   Seminary.   He   is   currently pursuing   a   Doctorate   in   Missiology   at   the   same   institution.   He   combines   a   strong   teaching   gift   with   an evangelistic   fervor.   His   unique   insights   into   organizational   dynamics   and   race   relations,   coupled   with   a pastoral   sensitivity,   keep   him   in   touch   with   his   audiences.   He   is   married   to   Felicia,   his   wife   of   29   years,   and they have three adult children: Sharon, Jude and Chantel.
